Freight to Ultra Trace

 

For the transportation of samples from the West Australian goldfields area, Ultra Trace predominantly utilises the services of Toll Ipec (ph. 9311 8666) or Mulga Freight Services (ph. 9250 5999). 

For transportation from the Pilbara areas, our preferred carrier is Wesfarmers Transport (ph. 9360 8811).

When urgent turn-arounds become an issue, we recommend Toll Ipec's overnighter service (ph. 9311 8666) or Niteroad Express (ph. 9360 8888)

For those clients outside Australia, we recommend DHL Worldwide Express or Union-Transport.

Ultra Trace is a registered Quarantine laboratory. We hold a permit issued by "Australian Quarantine Inspection Services" (AQIS) which allows us to import mineral samples into Australia. We are therefore able to provide a clearance and receipt service for your samples. Our service in this respect is free, however if external clearing agents are used to clear samples through customs, these costs will be passed on to the client.

If required, freight can be charged to Ultra Trace and charged back to the client, at cost. Ultra Trace can also supply address labels, sample submission pads and 1m3 wooden crates to expedite sample delivery.
