Sample Storage

 

Sample pulps will be stored indoors for two months free of charge, after completion of the required analysis. The client will then be contacted for instructions to either return the samples, dispose of them or to continue storage at Ultra Trace, in which case a monthly fee will apply.

Excess sample material will be stored in wooden crates protected from weather for one month free of charge, after completion of the required analysis. The client will then be contacted for instructions to either return the samples, dispose of them or to continue storage at Ultra Trace, in which case a monthly fee will apply.

Should long term storage be required, we now have a huge warehouse dedicated to this purpose, providing the samples with complete protection from rain and sunlight.

All freight and handling costs incurred by returning of pulps and/or residues, will be charged, at cost, to the clients account. Ultra Trace choose not charge their clients for the costs of sample disposal.
